Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Simply go to your account settings and select the new plan that best fits your needs. Changes will take effect immediately, and any unused portion of your current plan will be prorated.
What happens if I exceed my API limit?
If you exceed your monthly API limit you will receive an error message prompting you to upgrade.
Are there any long-term contracts or commitments?
Athena News API contracts are monthly or annual agreements. There’s a 10% discount applied for annual commitments.
How secure is my payment information with Athena ?
Your payment information is highly secure. We rely on Stripe, an industry leading payment processor, to handle all payment and subscription information. We do not hold any of your payment data.
What kind of support can I expect with each plan?
Premium has access to email support. Advanced has email support, along with a dedicated account manager.
Is there a free trial available for the paid plans?
Yes, we offer a free, three day trial for all our paid plans. At the conclusion of your trial it will automatically convert to a paid paln.
